**What happens in Daily Positivity?**

You answer three short prompts about how the day feels, what kind of support you want and one true moment. Moodwell generates activity ideas, a savoring exercise and a reflection prompt.

**Can I use this on a difficult day?**

Yes. You can begin with a heavy or mixed feeling and look for one true moment worth noticing, however small. It might be a kind message or a few quiet minutes. The prompts are not a requirement to call the day good, and you can stop if the exercise is not helpful.

**Does Daily Positivity use AI credits?**

Yes. Generating the personalized reflection uses credits. You can return to previous entries in Daily Positivity history.
