These terms govern access to Moodwell's applications, website, subscriptions, connected services, and AI-assisted features.

## Using Moodwell

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the minimum age required where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell support@moodwell.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

## A wellbeing record and planning service

Moodwell helps you record and review personal fitness, health, nutrition, and mindfulness information. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure a condition and does not replace a licensed medical, mental-health, nutrition, fitness, or other qualified professional.

## AI features

-   AI coach personas and other AI outputs are generated by software, not people.
-   Output can be incomplete, inappropriate, or incorrect and should be reviewed before you act on it.
-   Do not rely on Moodwell for emergency help, diagnosis, dosing, treatment decisions, or other high-stakes professional advice.
-   Credit costs can vary by AI action and are shown in the product where applicable.

## Your content

You keep your rights in the records and content you create. You give Moodwell the limited permission needed to host, process, display, secure, and back up that content to operate the service and fulfill actions you request.

## Acceptable use

-   Do not access another person's account or data without authorization.
-   Do not interfere with the service, probe its security, submit malware, or abuse rate limits.
-   Do not use Moodwell or its output to violate law or harm another person.
-   Do not falsely represent automated output as professional advice from a qualified person.

## Subscriptions, trials, and credits

Web reference prices are listed in USD on the pricing page. Google Play displays the store price, currency, taxes, and offer eligibility that apply to a mobile purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the provider that processed the purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the provider states otherwise.

Trial eligibility and billing dates are shown during checkout. AI credits have the balance, refresh, and top-up behavior displayed in the product. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.

## Third-party services

Health Connect, Google Play, payment providers, authentication providers, and other connected services have their own terms. Moodwell is not responsible for records a third party fails to provide, formats it changes, or decisions it makes about account or offer eligibility.

## Service changes and availability

Moodwell may add, change, suspend, or retire features and integrations. Availability can differ by platform, device, region, account, and release version. Where practical, Moodwell will communicate material changes through the service or another appropriate channel.

## Suspension and termination

You may stop using Moodwell or request account deletion. Moodwell may restrict access to protect users or the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these terms.

## Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Moodwell is provided without warranties that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so those provisions may not apply to you.
