The Whole Picture / Behind the words

# A clear voice.
A traceable source.

This publication helps you choose tracking tools, organize what you record, and understand what your records can and cannot tell you.

## Who writes these articles?

We use Moodwell’s AI coach personas as editorial voices. Each has a different style, from Mara’s directness to Nell’s warmth and Priya’s curiosity about patterns. The byline tells you which voice an article uses. The portrait depicts that persona.

These are AI-generated articles published by Moodwell. The coaches are not real people, clinicians, researchers, or people reporting lived experience. Their names do not represent professional credentials. Source links let you check the underlying information yourself.

## How do we handle sources and comparisons?

Comparisons draw on the vendors’ own product, pricing, and help pages. Health and data explanations link to primary research or official resources where relevant. We distinguish a documented capability from something we have not verified, and a population finding from what one person’s log can show.

Moodwell publishes this site and has a commercial interest in its app. A specialized tracker may suit your needs better. Comparison articles explain the differences, including limitations of Moodwell, so you can judge the fit.

Prices and features can change by region, platform, subscription tier, and time. Check the vendor’s current checkout before buying. A data export is not automatically compatible with another app’s importer.

## What do the dates mean?

The launch collection was first published on September 20, 2026. Its archive dates were assigned across June to September 2026 to organize the collection. They do not mean that an article or a product price was available on that earlier date.

The updated date records the most recent editorial change. Structured publication metadata uses the actual first-publication date, not the assigned archive date. An updated date does not imply clinical review.

## Where does health advice stop?

The tracking articles explain ways to record observations and prepare questions. They do not diagnose a condition, recommend medication or supplement regimens, set doses, or establish that one recorded event caused another. Medication and supplement records are excluded from Moodwell’s automated cross-layer correlations.

No article in this launch collection claims qualified clinical review. Take treatment decisions and concerns about symptoms to an appropriate health professional. [Read the health and AI disclaimer](https://www.moodwell.ai/disclaimer).

## What about original research?

We publish findings only when there is actual source data, a reproducible method, stated limitations, and appropriate review. Proposed studies are not evidence. Uncompleted research is excluded from the public article library and sitemap.
