File import

Import your Shotsy CSV into Moodwell.

Bring injection, weight, and symptom history from a Shotsy CSV export into a GLP-1 item in Moodwell. The import shows the records it found before you confirm, then reports what was saved or skipped.

How do I import my Shotsy history?

  1. Export your data from Shotsy

Save your Shotsy CSV export to your device. Keep a copy of the original file so you can compare the import with your existing history.

  2. Add the matching GLP-1 item

In Health, add your GLP-1 item and finish its setup. Choose the Shotsy import offered on the completion screen; the history will be linked to that item.

  3. Review parsed records

Select the CSV and check the counts of injections, weights, and symptoms found, plus any weight-outlier notice. This is a summary preview, not an editor for every imported row.

  4. Import and review the result

Moodwell reports the number of imported injections, weights, and symptoms, along with skipped weights.

Record handling

What Moodwell does with existing information.

Injections

Recorded against the selected active item and its current schedule context. Original dose details remain attached to the imported event.

Weight

Added to the shared weight series only when that local calendar day has no existing reading. Existing readings are not overwritten.

Symptoms

Imported with their date and recorded severity, linked to the selected GLP-1 item.

Import a file once. Existing weight readings for the same local day are skipped, but injections and symptoms are not automatically deduplicated. Reimporting the file can create duplicate records. Compare the results with your original export before retrying a partial import.

Is Shotsy a live connection?

No. This is a CSV file import. Moodwell reads the file you choose when you run the import; later changes in Shotsy do not automatically appear in Moodwell. Keep your original export if you need to compare dates, doses, or counts afterward.

What happens to an existing weight reading?

Moodwell skips an imported weight if your shared weight history already contains a reading for that local calendar day. The import summary reports skipped weights separately, so a lower imported count does not necessarily mean data was lost.
