Explore all FAQsCan Moodwell replace my separate trackers?
Moodwell can cover workout logs, food and macro tracking, medication records, and mood journaling in one account. Compare the features you use today before switching. Health Connect is Android-only, Nutrition Trends is currently desktop-only, and there is no automatic import for every tracking app.
Check whether Moodwell fits your routineDo I need to track all four layers?
No. Start with the layer that solves an immediate need, such as logging strength workouts or keeping a dose history. You can use the others later. The planner and dashboard become more useful as you add records, but you do not need to fill in every part of your day.
